If you plan to arrive after 18:00 please notify the residence in advance. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per unit, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day or EUR 65 per week. Please note that the keys are to be collected at the reception Vacanceole located 9 rue de sagnes 38860 Les Deux Alpes. For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
